Job#: 3035613 Job Description: Staff C++ Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite) Role Overview We are seeking a Staff C++ Engineer for an onsite contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of features and services, from initial design and development through to deployment and ongoing support. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Own the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of features and services. โ€ข Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability by adhering to best practices, conducting thorough code reviews, and implementing automated testing. โ€ข Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver features that meet both business and technical objectives. โ€ข Proactively identify and drive improvements to the codebase, infrastructure, and development processes to enhance team efficiency. โ€ข Monitor the health and performance of services, ensuring timely resolution of issues and bugs. โ€ข Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to ensure systems are modern and scalable. Required Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in C++, Windows native development, IIS, and Azure is required for this role.
