Weβre looking for a technical leader to take ownership of our internal CRM and prospecting platform, building it from the ground up. This is a pivotal role focused on enabling smarter, faster decision-making across business development, M&A, and portfolio operations teams.

What You'll Be Doing
Build the System of Record
β’ Create a centralized platform that consolidates accounts, firms, people, and signals into a single, trusted data source
β’ Implement data quality checks, identity resolution, and self-serve dashboards with clear definitions and SLAs
β’ Ensure the system surfaces the right opportunities at the right moment for outreach and action
Automate with AI
β’ Design and automate outreach and research workflows using tools like CRM, email, LinkedIn, and Slack
β’ Develop LLM-powered agents to assist with research, diligence, follow-ups, and summarization
β’ Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to deliver relevant documents and insights on demand
β’ Tune AI prompts, safety mechanisms, and evaluation frameworks to ensure quality and compliance
Connect the Ecosystem
β’ Build and manage integrations between systems (e.g., Salesforce and external data providers)
β’ Set up APIs, event streams, and webhooks to keep data fresh, accurate, and synchronized
β’ Put in place best practices for data privacy, reliability, and change management
Move Fast, Scale What Works
β’ Collaborate closely with BD and M&A leads to identify high-friction workflows
β’ Rapidly prototype automations, measure impact, and scale what drives results
β’ Create playbooks, schemas, and process standards that can be replicated across portfolio companies
