Job Title: Operations Analyst – Hiring Project Coordinator Job Location: Austin, TX/ Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) Project Duration: 9+ months with possible extension (W2 Position) JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Analyst – Hiring Project Coordinator This role supports the Engineering Operations Hiring Team by executing the day to day operational tasks required to move hiring approval requests and related workflow steps forward. This role ensures all data, documentation, and communications are complete, timely, and aligned with established processes. The project coordinator works under the guidance of the Hiring Process Lead and partners closely with Engineering Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers. Key Responsibilities What you’ll do: β€’ Proven experience in data operations, reporting, or analyst roles β€’ Prepare materials and updates for weekly hiring review calls. β€’ Conduct proactive audits of hiring records to identify and flag potential issues. β€’ Process and track hiring approval requests end-to-end β€’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphs) β€’ Prepare updates for weekly hiring reviews β€’ Audit records, escalate delays, and support process improvements What we’re looking for: β€’ 2+ years of data operations, analyst, or coordination experience β€’ Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail β€’ Clear communicator who can work independently β€’ Comfortable in fast-paced, structured workflows Top 5 Must Haves: Experience in Data Entry, Excellent attention to detail, Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, Foundational knowledge of Excel Nice to have: Experience with Workday, Power BI, ServiceNow, or Magnit or other WFM is a plus.
