STARLIMS Developer

(Remote) Job Summary STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a STARLIMS Developer on behalf of our client in a Remote location to support laboratory system deployments, enhancements, and integrations within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with deep expertise in STARLIMS v12 customization, laboratory systems integration, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical problem-solving skills and experience supporting enterprise-grade laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities • Configure, customize, and support STARLIMS v12 applications and workflows • Develop and maintain interfaces between STARLIMS and laboratory systems, instruments, and enterprise platforms • Support integration architecture and data flow design discussions for laboratory systems • Build and maintain integrations with enterprise business systems and CRM platforms • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports using Crystal Reports • Design and support barcode labels using Zebra Programming Language (ZPL) • Participate in system deployments, testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing support • Collaborate within Agile teams operating in sprint-based development cycles • Ensure compliance with regulated industry standards and support audit readiness Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience with STARLIMS v12 configuration, customization, and implementation • Proven experience developing STARLIMS interfaces and integrations • Strong SQL development and database experience • Experience integrating laboratory instruments/software with LIMS platforms • Solid understanding of interface architecture and data flow design • Experience working within regulated laboratory environments • Familiarity with STARLIMS Scripting Language (SSL) • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with HTML5 development • Experience with .NET technologies • Familiarity with STARLIMS 12.x backend environments • Experience integrating CRM systems • Exposure to reporting and analytics tools
