Position: Statistics PhDs – AI Trainer
Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)
Compensation: $50–$70/hour (based on expertise)
Location: Remote, asynchronous, flexible hours
Duration: 10–20 hrs/week (extendable to 40 hrs/week) | Minimum 1–2 months
Responsibilities
• Develop advanced statistical problems and tasks to evaluate AI model performance.
• Assess LLM-generated outputs for correctness, logical rigor, and statistical accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model understanding of probability, inference, regression, and related concepts.
• Collaborate with AI researchers via private Slack channels to refine datasets and benchmarks.
• Contribute to the creation of domain-specific evaluation sets aligned with modern statistical practices.
Requirements
• PhD in Statistics (or closely related field) from a top US, UK, European, or Indian university.
• Undergraduate or graduate education completed in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, or India.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
• High attention to detail and analytical precision.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.
