STIBO Senior Developer (STEP)

We are seeking a Senior STEP Developer with 7–10 years of experience in Stibo STEP MDM/PIM development. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing STEP workflows, WebUI configurations, JavaScript business rules, and integrations while providing production support and driving platform enhancements. You will collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and ensure scalable, high-quality MDM solutions. Required Skills: • Stibo STEP MDM/PIM Development • STEP Workflows, WebUI Configuration • JavaScript Business Rules • REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON • MDM Concepts & Data Modeling • Production Support, Performance Tuning • Strong Troubleshooting & Documentation Skills Good to Have: • Full STEP Implementation Experience • SQL & Relational Databases • Data Governance/Data Quality Initiatives • Migration Tools • Technical Leadership or Consulting Experience Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance STEP workflows, UI, and business rules • Support production issues, incident resolution, and platform stability • Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations • Perform performance tuning, release deployments, and change management • Mentor team members and contribute to technical design and best practices.
