Role Title: Storage Senior DPS SME Duration: contract to run until 30/09/2026 Location: Sheffield/Birmingham/London, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite Rate: up to £552 p/d Umbrella inside IR35 Main skill required for this role is Commvault In This Role, You Will • Design, develop, test and support automation for the data protection services within the bank. • Design, develop, test and support reporting and monitoring capabilities for the automation. • Provide engineering support on the bank's data protection products and their standard usage. • Undertake product evaluation, new features, and versions. • Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for all automation produced. • Mentor less experienced members of staff To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: • 10+ years development experience with multiple languages, including Python, Bash • 5+ years' experience in configuration management and orchestration using Redhat Ansible • 5+ years' experience in configuration management and orchestration using Puppet. • 5+ years' experience in designing, developing, and testing Rest API services. • 5+ years' experience in Devops SCM tooling, GitHub • 5+ years' experience in Devops CI/CD tooling, Jenkins, CloudBees • 5+ years' experience in Devops collaboration tools, Jira, Confluence • Strong technical background in Veritas NetBackup and related infrastructure • Strong technical background in Commvault and related infrastructure All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
