Responsibilities
β’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Vendor Data domain and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex data issues.
β’ Support Data Quality Analysts in project execution and auditing, ensuring data integrity across platforms.
β’ Utilize internal tools to address data quality challenges, including deduplication and data mapping.
β’ Aggregate and input data into various applications, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
β’ Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to manage Tier 1 support tickets.
β’ Test new workflows and applications, providing valuable feedback for improvements.
Skills
β’ Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, ever-changing environments.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Proficiency in managing large spreadsheets and data sets, with experience in Google Suite and table-based applications.
β’ Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new apps and workflows efficiently.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in the entertainment or media industry, or a related field.
β’ Familiarity with entertainment industry vendors, including production companies and studios.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with large entertainment vendors and their subsidiaries.
β’ Knowledge of project management tools like Monday Board or Jira.
β’ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
β’ Familiarity with SQL for data management and analysis.
