Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in database administration and ETL to support a large-scale data and analytics program. You’ll work with tools like Oracle, MS SQL Server, and automation scripts to manage, load, and secure large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support daily ETL operations
Administer Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
Optimize performance with advanced SQL/PL-SQL
Automate data loading using scripts and tools like SQL
• Loader and Data Pump
Use secure file transfer tools (SFTP, SAIG/TDClient, VPN)
Work with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Fusion Middleware
Create technical documentation and SOPs
Provide support and guidance to junior staff
Help improve system performance and reliability
Required Skills:
Oracle DBA and PL/SQL expertise
Strong SQL tuning and scripting (Linux/Windows)
Experience with Oracle RAC, WebLogic, BI Publisher, and related tools
Familiarity with secure data transmission (SFTP, VPN)
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6–10 years of experience in database administration and ETL
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST (flexibility to work after hours if needed)
