Summit (Finastra) Developer with C#

Job title: Summit (Finastra) Developer with C# Job Location: New York, New York (Hybrid- 3 days onsite) Job Type: W-2 Contract ( Long-term) A global investment bank is seeking a Summit (Finastra) Developer with C#. Within the Americas IT department, Business Technology Services the bank is looking for a IT developer with Summit (Finastra) knowledge and C#. This is a Front to Back-office position . The role of the Application Developer is to develop (i.e.: program) pieces of software as per the sponsors' requirements. The sponsor can be a user, a department or a project. The delivered product will essentially comprise of a GUI (graphical user interface), an engine (i.e.: for calculation, decisions making, order passing, etc.) and a data component (i.e.: pull in, manipulate, store, push out). Technical Skills • Knowledge on Summit, must be familiar with products traded on Treasury, Credit business and Fixed Income (Repo and Bonds) is preferred. • Must be familiar with Summit STP services for Front Office and back office as cashflows, accounting, operations and settlements workflows. • Deep IT knowledge, the successful candidate must be able to review source code, write and execute SQL queries (Sybase, Oracle and SQL Server) and read/understand a script (Windows and Unix as Bash, Perl, Python).
