Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Supplier Diversity Analyst for a large, established client operating at scale within a regulated industry. This position supports a sophisticated supplier diversity program and partners closely with procurement, legal, and finance functions. The Supplier Diversity Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex procurement data into actionable insights that strengthen diverse supplier engagement across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, Tableau dashboards, and data visualizations to track supplier diversity metrics and performance.
β’ Analyze procurement and spend data to assess supplier diversity participation, identify gaps, and recommend data-backed improvement strategies.
β’ Monitor regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks to ensure alignment with compliance standards and best practices.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, legal, finance, and compliance to support supplier diversity initiatives.
β’ Coordinate with external organizations and suppliers to optimize diverse supplier participation.
β’ Lead supplier diversity events, including planning, logistics, reporting, and post-event analysis.
β’ Define, track, and report key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
β’ Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
β’ Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics within procurement, supplier diversity, or a related function.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and macros.
β’ Hands-on experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization and reporting tools.
β’ Experience analyzing large datasets and translating results into clear business insights.
β’ Knowledge of supplier diversity programs, procurement operations, or regulated industry environments.
β’ Familiarity with compliance tracking, benchmarking, and KPI development.
β’ Experience supporting or managing supplier diversity or procurement-related programs preferred.
β’ Prior exposure to utilities, energy, or similarly regulated industries preferred.
