Title: Supplier Enablement Process Analyst Location: Maplewood, MN Job Type: Contract (12 Months) Compensation: $25.00-30.00/hr Industry: Manufacturing About The Role Our client, a global leader in science, technology, and manufacturing innovation, is seeking a Supplier Enablement Process Analyst to support a large-scale procurement transformation initiative. This role will focus on supplier onboarding, supplier data management, process improvement, and operational support within a modern procurement technology environment. The Supplier Enablement Process Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to help drive supplier enablement activities, maintain data quality, support reporting needs, and contribute to the successful implementation and stabilization of procurement processes. Job Description In this role, you will support key supplier enablement and procurement operations initiatives by helping maintain accurate supplier data, streamline onboarding processes, and improve overall process efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to system implementation efforts, support reporting and documentation activities, and help ensure supplier management processes are scalable, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives. This position offers the opportunity to play an integral role in a large-scale procurement transformation within a complex global environment. • Support supplier onboarding and supplier data management activities as part of a procurement transformation initiative. • Partner with process leads to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Track process-related issues, risks, questions, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. • Create, maintain, and update process documentation, job aids, standard operating procedures, and training materials. • Assist with report reviews, testing activities, and ongoing tracking of reporting requirements. • Maintain project trackers, issue logs, and process documentation to support operational stability and continuous improvement efforts. • Collaborate with vendor master teams and other stakeholders to resolve open items and support supplier-related processes. • Perform supplier data analysis, validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities. • Support procurement system implementation, stabilization, and process optimization efforts. • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure consistent, transparent, and scalable supplier management processes. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in business support, operations, procurement, data management, project coordination, shared services, or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Excellent written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments independently. • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common collaboration tools. • Experience tracking tasks, issues, risks, or project-related activities. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with supplier onboarding, procurement operations, or supplier data management. • Experience supporting system implementations, go-live activities, or post-implementation stabilization efforts. • Experience creating process documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, or job aids. • Experience performing data cleansing, data quality reviews, or data governance activities. • Familiarity with GEP or other procurement and supplier management platforms. • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of supplier master data processes and vendor management best practices.
