Nice to have: Pharma experience Position Summary The Project Manager/ Sr Associate, Supplier Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement plays a critical role in advancing R&D Supplier Management and Performance Analytics (SMPA). This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and process innovation to optimize supplier management, enhance operational workflows, and support informed decision-making. Working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, this manager will develop digital tools, track supplier performance metrics, and drive efficiency through AI and automation initiatives. Proficiency with visualization and collaboration tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Teams). Preferred Skills Knowledge of supplier management practices in R&D, pharma, or biotech. Experience with supplier performance tracking and compliance metrics. Background in process transformation or digital enablement initiatives.
