Position Title: Analyst - Supply Chain IILocation: Kent, WA - 98032
Responsibilities:
Directly support the supplier invoice process to ensure on-time payment and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use data analytics tools to identify process or system defects driving late invoices, transform and load data from multiple systems, and visualize that data in an easily consumable fashion to drive process changes.
Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and accounts payable to resolve invoice issues
Serve as the voice of supply chain during invoice management.
Develop, maintain, and manage part delivery dashboards to inform production resources on the timing of incoming hardware.
Develop and maintain daily and weekly activity reporting.
Track, manage, and mitigate demand risks by working with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Administration, or other related field. MBA preferred.
3-5 years of business analysis or consulting experience.
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain within Aerospace.
Knowledge and experience in procurement and supplier management.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
Professional or educational experience using excel to create and manage complex datasets.
Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong communication skills in technical work environments.
Aptitude for teamwork with demonstrated potential for leadership.
Proven ability to work high volume requests while simultaneously working multiple projects
