Essential Skills • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or a closely related field. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis capabilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations. • Experience working with inventory-focused Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. • Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems for inventory and logistics management. • Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, including inventory control and fulfillment processes. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, be challenged, and grow within a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing operational and inventory data. • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau to build and interpret dashboards. • Experience managing logistics and inventory within a warehouse or fulfillment environment. • Ability to monitor and interpret dashboards related to cycle counting, inventory variances, and shipment risk. • Comfort working with JIRA or similar ticketing systems to track and resolve issues. • Experience collaborating with finance and accounting teams, particularly where there is financial impact related to inventory and supply chain performance. • Ability to contribute to the development and improvement of technology and processes within a robotics-driven supply chain environment. Work Environment The role operates within a fast-paced, highly dynamic inventory and logistics environment where no two days are exactly the same. The position is part of an inventory-focused team that manages logistics and stock control for robotics-driven fulfillment centers, with inventory held and managed in Oracle ERP systems and supported by 3PL partners onsite. You will work closely with a broader organization that includes transportation, operations, and inventory teams, with frequent cross-functional collaboration and some interaction with transportation, finance, and accounting when there is significant financial impact. The work emphasizes active use of WMS and ERP systems, dashboard monitoring, and data-driven decision-making, supported by business intelligence and analytics tools.
