Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst will directly support supplier invoice processing to ensure on-time payments, while identifying and implementing process improvements. This role will leverage data analytics to address system defects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop actionable dashboards to optimize part delivery schedules. The analyst will act as the supply chain’s voice in invoice management and risk mitigation across procurement, logistics, and manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier invoice process to ensure on-time payments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Use analytics tools to identify system/process defects causing late invoices.
• Transform and integrate data from multiple systems into user-friendly dashboards for process improvement.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and accounts payable to resolve invoice issues.
• Develop and maintain part delivery dashboards for production teams.
• Produce daily and weekly activity reports to track supply chain performance.
• Monitor and mitigate demand risks in coordination with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing.
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years in business analysis or consulting.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience, ideally in aerospace.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
• Procurement and supplier management background.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies.
Required Skills:
• Advanced Excel for large datasets.
• Data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication in technical environments.
Preferred Skills:
• Leadership aptitude in cross-functional settings.
• Multi-project and high-volume workload management.
