Job Store Staffing is partnering with an industry-leading client to find an AI Data Analyst who is excited about turning complex data into actionable insights and helping shape the future of AI-driven business operations.
If you love working with data, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies, this is an opportunity to work alongside Data Scientists, Engineers, and business leaders on cutting-edge initiatives that directly impact operations, supply chain, and commercial performance.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Build and maintain data pipelines that support AI and analytics initiatives
• Prepare datasets for machine learning and predictive modeling
• Support prompt testing and optimization for generative AI and LLM tools
• Create dashboards and visualizations that drive real-time business insights
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to improve data governance and reporting
• Contribute ideas around emerging AI, automation, and analytics technologies
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
✔ 1–3 years of analytics, BI, or technical experience (internships/co-ops welcome)
✔ Strong skills with Python, SQL, R, Power Query, or similar tools
✔ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
✔ Understanding of ETL processes, data wrangling, and relational databases
✔ Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or predictive analytics
✔ Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
⭐ Preferred Experience:
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer goods environments
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• API integrations and workflow automation tools
• AI prompt frameworks and LLM best practices
• KPI/dashboard development for operations or forecasting
