Job Description
S.r Supply Chain Analyst day to day : provide data-driven insight that supports confident, timely decisions across the supply network. Partner with site leads, divisional leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve inventory health, service levels, and operational efficiency. Use analytical expertise and proactive approach will strengthen our ability to anticipate supply chain risks, enable growth, and continuously improve performance.
โข Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical tools and dashboards that empower sites and network partners to make data-driven decisions.
โข Deliver analytical insight and problem-solving support across supply, materials, inventory, and production planning activities
โข Own the Statistical Safety Stock Analyzer and provide recommendations to sites on optimal inventory levels
โข Identify and mitigate excess and obsolete inventory through proactive analysis and collaboration with site teams.
โข Develop and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports on critical metrics around inventory and service levels.
โข Apply root-cause analysis and Lean tools to drive corrective actions that sustain customer service levels and operational performance.
โข Partner with the BPG Supply Chain Analytics Team to ensure process consistency in reporting and analytics.
โข Identify and execute JDI opportunities that drive immediate impact and enable longer-term performance improvement.
โข Collaborate with others across the BU and BPG to drive standard methodology and process completion.
Skills & Qualifications
โข Bachelors degree (Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering)
โข 7+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience
โข 2+ years of Strong business intelligence and data visualization skills (Power BI preferred)
โข Knowledgeable regarding MRP principles and system dynamics
โข Comfortable working with large data sets; able to identify process inefficiencies and partner cross-functionally to implement solutions
โข Ability to demonstrate communication and influencing skills, judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal customers
โข Preferred Qualifications APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or ISM CPSM certification preferred
โข Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
โข Experience planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE, or equivalent)
