Supply Chain Analyst (Procurement & Expediting)

Role: Expeditor & Data Analyst (Supply Chain) Location: Cincinnati, OH 45215 (Onsite) Duration: Contract Rate: $27/HR on W2 All-inclusive/NO Benefits We are seeking an Expeditor & Data Analyst to support supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, maintaining inventory data, and creating operational reports. Responsibilities: • Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery. • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery delays and material shortages. • Track shipments and maintain accurate order and inventory records. • Analyze procurement, inventory, and supply chain data to identify trends and process improvements. • Prepare KPI reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools. • Monitor supplier performance, delivery metrics, inventory levels, and demand forecasts. • Ensure data accuracy across ERP systems. Required Skills: • 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, or Expediting. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query). • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar. • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
