Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in end-to-end deployment order management, ensuring products are delivered on time to robotics automation customers while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. This position focuses on managing deployment engineering projects, resolving complex supply and delivery issues, and supporting site health readiness through close collaboration with procurement, logistics, and cross-functional teams. The role requires a proactive, analytical professional who can deep dive into complex problems, develop mitigation plans, and drive process improvements that enhance scalability, cost efficiency, and sustainability. The analyst will also contribute to the design phase of the next-generation ERP environment and help shape operational processes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end deployment order management, including internal material requisitions and coordination across deployment engineering projects.
• Handle Problem Service Reports and provide post-deployment support to ensure smooth and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on site health readiness and maintain a high standard of delivery excellence.
• Execute and resolve Equipment Install Plan (EIP) versus Sales Order (SO) mismatches by investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues related to delivery, deployment, and system deficiencies.
• Drive operational excellence by contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), including on-time delivery and clear-to-deploy/site health metrics.
• Partner with procurement, logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure site readiness and communicate status updates to customers.
• Drive order management process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives in collaboration with robotics supply chain leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations, reduce waste, and support sustainability initiatives.
• Problem-solve and design solutions for the broader supply chain and deployment network, leveraging analytical insights and systems knowledge.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference to ensure consistent and accurate operational practices.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion within the team by demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.
• Analyze trends in supply chain performance and recommend data-driven improvements to elevate operational standards.
• Build, manage, and refine advanced analytical models using SQL and Microsoft Excel to support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
Essential Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong mathematics, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deep dive into complex issues and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Strong analytical abilities with high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Analyst work background or a strong analytical focus in higher education, demonstrating familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
• Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management, particularly in a supply chain or operations context.
• End-to-end experience in supply chain processes, including order management and deployment support.
• Ability to drive execution by partnering with cross-functional teams, including supply chain management and procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain site health readiness and delivery excellence.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience working with robotics or technology-focused supply chain environments is beneficial.
• Exposure to or interest in ERP systems, with an opportunity to contribute to the design phase of a next-generation ERP platform.
