Supply Chain Analyst (Supply Chain 360)

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst (Supply Chain 360) Location: Commerce CA Employment Type: 3 Months Contract Pay Rate: $26-$28/hr Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with hands-on experience supporting large retail supply chains. This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain performance, managing inventory and replenishment activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency to ensure products are delivered on time and meet customer demand. Key Responsibilities • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. • Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, order fulfillment, and product availability. • Collaborate with internal teams including Planning, Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure seamless supply chain execution. • Support retailer compliance requirements, including Walmart 360 processes and reporting. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to support business decisions. • Resolve supply chain issues related to inventory, shipping, or order management. • Coordinate with vendors, distribution centers, and retail partners to maintain efficient product flow. • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain performance. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of supply chain, inventory, logistics, or retail operations experience. • Hands-on experience supporting Walmart 360 supply chain operations is highly preferred. • Experience supporting major retailers will be considered. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or supply chain management systems is a plus. • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with retailer portals and compliance requirements. • Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and demand planning. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
