Overview
We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize supply chain operations for efficiency and cost savings. This role involves data-driven insights to support inventory, logistics, and procurement decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Collect and analyze supply chain data from procurement, inventory, production, and delivery processes to identify inefficiencies.
β’ Develop and implement optimization strategies, such as inventory planning, demand forecasting, and route scheduling.
β’ Monitor KPIs, track supplier performance, and generate reports on costs, delivery times, and overall performance.
β’ Collaborate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
β’ Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
β’ Maintain inventory systems, oversee procedures, and support ERP tools for accurate data management.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or analytics; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
β’ Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Attributes
β’ Certifications like APICS CSCP or knowledge of advanced tools (e.g., Python for analysis).
β’ Familiarity with sustainable supply chain practices and global logistics.
