Job description : β€’ Senior Supply Chain Consultant – Transportation Solutions is a functional, process and technical expert with proven experience in design, implementation, and data analysis in the supply chain domain β€’ The role will support multiple supply chain applications such as Control Tower, TMS and provide data science inputs for various parts of our integrated supply chain (ISC) strategy. β€’ Attends to Critical & Major production issues jointly with IT and develop preventive solutions to robust system performance. Drives global alignment in processes and user adoption. β€’ Acts as the liaison between the business end users and systems development teams with a focus on business value. Responsibilities β€’ Develop a deep understanding of Baxter’s transportation and control tower solutions along with backend data architecture β€’ Work on multiple projects and deliverables from design through implementation and user adoption β€’ Possess strong root cause & problem solving capability, including driving design & development to preventive solutions with IT partner. β€’ Possess strong design thinking capability to drive solutions for complex supply chain issues β€’ Possess strong consultative, analytical and collaborative skills β€’ Liaison between business and IT for requirements and supporting existing applications β€’ Partner and translate business requirements into application and data requirements and offer recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes β€’ Support global rollouts of multiple transportation and fulfillment systems in different geographies β€’ Understand and implement business use cases from requirements and design through UAT and go-live. Continuously work with end users to enable user adoption β€’ Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify KPIs and develop dashboards and reports to monitor and measure supply chain performance β€’ Develop, maintain and establishes operational specifications for transportation systems including information flow, configuration setup, testing and ad hoc reporting β€’ Analyze large datasets to perform root-cause analysis of complex issues and uncovers solutions, trends and opportunities β€’ Proactively provides insight and solutions from the data and analyzes trends to support regional/strategic decision making and assist in the management of strategic goals at multiple geographic levels. β€’ Provide testing support through SIT and UAT phases of the project β€’ Experience with ERP, AWS, SQL and data warehousing tools What you'll bring β€’ Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred. β€’ A minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain technology field. β€’ Must be detail-oriented and able to work within a team setting. β€’ Strong data science, root causing & problem solving, and analytical skills β€’ Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills. β€’ Knowledge of SQL and API/EDI integrations β€’ Knowledge of ERP, AWS, TMS and Supply Chain visibility systems β€’ Ability and desire to learn new technical tools and software available at Baxter. β€’ Understanding of the application development / configuration process. β€’ Strong Microsoft Office skills is required. β€’ Ability to produce results with minimal direct
