Job Description
• Establish process for centralized management of instrument file
• Intake / Validation / Build
• Quarterly instrument true up with finance
• Knowledge of SPM is not a requirement it's just the source of the data. Will teach how to input data.
• Most of the work is going to be done in Excel cross-referencing and standardizing and then updating SPM.
• As an example, via Excel reports you'd identify that the same instrument exists with different IDs / Names; would standardize to a single description and update SPM accordingly.
• Scrub and dedupe records in our existing Service Parts Management master file (SPM), Standardize record data: Manufacturer Part # / Manufacturer
• Internal Instrument ID
• Description
• Supplier
• Price
• Remove duplicate instruments
What programs will this consultant be using?
• SPM (instrument asset tracking), Oracle, Ivalua and Excel
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED (In Order of Priority)
