Pay rate is $ 40/hr on W2 Title: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Rochester New York USA 14610 Duration: 06-12+ Months Position Summary: Must- Haves (Hard Skills) β€’ Spend Data systems navigation; database experience β€’ Database/data anlytics experience β€’ Supply chain background a. Pull data b. Update systems (JEDI, Agile, EXPO, etc.); attending meetings to complete those tasks c. Track Country of Origin roadmaps d. Deviation Waiver support e. Packing list reconciliation f. Navigate PowerBI dashboard for analytics Nice-To- Haves (Hard Skills) PowerBI Dashboard experience a big plus Degree/Certification Requirements β€’ 2 yr AA/AS degree or in lieu of a degree with 9+ years experience Degree/Certification Preferences Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related experience preferred Description: Responsible for developing, implementing and administering supply chain programs, tools and processes for multiple supply chain functions including commodity management, material management, procurement and subcontracts. Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals and objectives. Works with functional leaders to perform analysis and identify areas for performance improvement. Oversees and supports implementation of strategic initiatives, as well as activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality. Establishes, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Develops and maintains working relationships with global supply chain partners. Designs and implements business metrics to monitor, track, and report sourcing project progress. Experienced professional with proficient knowledge of job area and practical knowledge of project management. May manage projects or processes with general supervision. Communicates with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures. Recommends enhancements to systems and processes. Works to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results. Provides business analytics and reporting to functional areas or projects/programs. Identifies and develops metrics by working with users and stakeholders to understand data visualization and reporting requirements. Translates business results into meaningful metrics and recommendations aimed at improving performance. Analyzes business processes and problems to formulate and develop recommendations to meet customer and/or internal project requirements. May be responsible for performing financial and business performance analysis. Defines configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. May partner with leaders to assess needs and define requirements. Experienced professional with proficient knowledge of job area and practical knowledge of project management. May manage projects or processes with general supervision. Communicates with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures. Recommends enhancements to systems and processes. Works to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results.
