Job Title: Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst (SAP / Power BI)
Location: Houston, TX - onsite 5 days a week
Duration: 6 months w possible extensions
Pay: Up to $50/hr W2

• Key Responsibilities:
KPI Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
• Support the design, development, and implementation of the supply chain KPI dashboard using Power BI.
• Extract, validate, and transform SAP MM data (tables, reports, and transactional data) to support KPI reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sources.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and procedures that support ongoing KPI reporting.
• Apply continuous improvement principles where appropriate (Lean Six Sigma experience beneficial).
Procedure Writing and Documentation:
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training material related to the supply chain KPI dashboard and associated processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data meets requirements, and create clear and understandable dashboards.
• Assist in providing training and support to the organization on the use of the KPI dashboard and related tools.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM, including navigation of table data (e.g., MARA, MARC, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO), data extraction, and report generation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in procedure writing.
• Basic Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficient in SAP for supply chain management.
• Experience in the Energy industry.
• Experience as a contract specialist, with a strong understanding of contract management principles.
• Experience in inventory management a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in work deliverables.
• Initiative: Takes proactive steps to improve processes and solve problems.
• Team Collaboration: Works effectively with team members and other departments.
• Primarily office-based with occasional travel to other company locations as required.
