Role description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support supply chain planning, inventory management, data validation, and business operations reporting. This role is responsible for coordinating and analyzing sales, inventory, forecasting, purchase order, and production data to support business planning and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities • Export, analyze, and validate system-generated and customer-provided data related to sales, purchase orders, forecasts, and inventory. • Maintain and update master data to ensure accurate item and channel mapping for reporting and data transformation processes. • Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities related to inventory, sales, production, and supply chain performance. • Coordinate with internal teams regarding production schedules, inventory levels, aging stock management, and purchase order tracking. • Monitor operational KPIs and publish daily and weekly performance reports to identify exceptions and support proactive corrective actions. • Assist with supply chain planning activities by preparing reports and analytics required for planning and forecasting meetings. • Load and maintain Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) data. • Research, identify, and resolve operational data discrepancies. • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and business performance. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, sales operations, business operations, or related analytical roles. • Experience working with sales data, inventory reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, or operational reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills Required • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including: • Pivot Tables • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP • Advanced formulas and functions • Data validation and analysis • Data management and reporting experience • KPI tracking and performance reporting Preferred • SAP or other ERP systems • Supply Chain Management platforms • Enterprise Planning Systems • Dashboard and executive reporting development
