Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Target Start Date: Immediate
Type: Contract (9+ months, possible extension/CTH)
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Data Analyst will import, maintain, support, and update data across various Supply Chain Information Systems. This role ensures data integrity and accuracy for the item master, vendor master, and related systems. The analyst supports sourcing and procurement by maintaining alignment within the ERP, contract management, and ancillary systems, while also managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain vendor and item records in ERP and ancillary systems.
• Perform data integrity checks, troubleshoot data accuracy issues, and execute queries for reporting.
• Support procurement teams with contract pricing alignment and vendor data accuracy.
• Coordinate item charging data assignments with the Charge Description Master (CDM) team for patient billing.
• Partner with Knowledge Management and Epic teams to resolve integration issues.
• Provide user training on ERP vendor and item functions.
• Ensure vendor compliance with credentialing and policy requirements.
• Oversee EDI functionality, vendor activations, and price updates.
• Regularly perform and schedule data management and update tasks.
Qualifications
• Associate's degree in business management or computer science required; bachelor's preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of data management experience (preferred).
• 2+ years working with ERP systems, with working knowledge of PeopleSoft
Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions strongly preferred).
• Experience with PeopleSoft
• Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills.
• Ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
• Familiarity with healthcare supply chain and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate effectively.
