Job#: 26-00275 Please send resume to: Recruiters@cenergyintl.com Position Summary The Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate supply‑chain reporting and analytics that support LNG and Oil & Gas operations. This role provides visibility into procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier performance, and material readiness, enabling leadership and operational teams to identify risks, improve performance, and prevent material‑related downtime. This position is data‑focused and analytical in nature. It does not perform buying, sourcing, demand planning, or inventory execution activities. The successful candidate will work closely with materials management, procurement operations, logistics, maintenance, reliability, and project teams to ensure decision‑makers have reliable, timely information. Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Reporting & Dashboard Development Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel Provide standardized reporting for: Open purchase orders and PR/PO aging Supplier on‑time / in‑full (OTIF) performance Inventory health, stockouts, and critical spares availability Expedite activity and material constraint tracking Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency where possible KPI Tracking & Performance Analysis Monitor and analyze key supply‑chain KPIs, including: OTIF delivery Lead‑time adherence Inventory turns and days of supply Shortages and backorders Supplier performance trends Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps that may impact plant operations, maintenance, turnarounds, or projects Provide clear commentary and insights to accompany dashboards and reports Data Analysis & Validation Extract and analyze data from ERP systems (SAP preferred), inventory systems, logistics tools, and spreadsheets Validate data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies across multiple data sources Ensure consistent KPI definitions and reporting logic across stakeholders (“single source of truth”) Material Risk & Exception Reporting Develop exception and risk reports highlighting: Late or at‑risk materials Long‑lead or critical items Inventory shortages impacting maintenance or project schedules Support early escalation and mitigation planning by providing data‑driven visibility (no direct execution ownership) Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with: Supply Chain and Materials Management Procurement Operations Logistics and Warehousing Maintenance Planners and Reliability Engineers Turnaround and Project teams Translate business questions into clear analytical outputs for non‑technical stakeholders Support leadership meetings, performance reviews, and planning discussions with accurate reporting Continuous Improvement & Standardization Identify reporting gaps, inefficiencies, and data quality issues Recommend improvements to dashboards, metrics, and reporting processes Support standardization of supply‑chain reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics QualificationsRequired Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree 5+ years of experience in supply‑chain analytics, reporting, or performance management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM preferred) Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑validation skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences Preferred Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, energy, manufacturing, or other asset‑intensive industries Experience working with: Purchase orders and lead times Inventory and critical spares Supplier performance metrics Working knowledge of SQL Experience supporting maintenance, reliability, turnarounds, or capital projects Core Competencies Data analysis and reporting accuracy Supply‑chain KPI interpretation Attention to detail and data integrity Cross‑functional collaboration Clear communication and visualization Time management and prioritization Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree Work Schedule: M-F, 5/8 - In Office Benefits: The benefits available with this position include: Ongoing Training (RSO, Systems, Software Programs, OSHA Safety, JJ Keller, etc.) Continuous Employment Development and Learning Ongoing Advocacy, internal assets with HSE, Legal and HR teams and experts to aid in Employee Career Path and Advancement 401K Healthcare Group Medical Coverage & Healthcare for California only Dental Insurance Coverage Vision Insurance Coverage Basic Life Insurance & AD&D Long Term Disability Voluntary Short-Term Disability Direct Deposit Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Cenergy is a dynamic, diverse, woman-owned company that has provided stellar support to our clients globally for over 25 years!
