Job Title: Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst (SAP / Power BI) Location: Houston, TX, 77002 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Payrate:$ 60.00 - 65.00/hr. Our client is a leading U.S. LNG company, specializing in the production and export of liquefied natural gas to meet global energy demand. As a major operator of the Sabine Pass, Texas terminal, it ensures safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations while expanding capacity and adopting advanced technologies to support international markets and energy security. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • KPI Dashboard Development and Maintenance: • Support the design, development, and implementation of the supply chain KPI dashboard using Power BI. • Extract, validate, and transform SAP MM data (tables, reports, and transactional data) to support KPI reporting needs. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sources. Process Improvement: • Identify opportunities to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows. • Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and procedures that support ongoing KPI reporting. • Apply continuous improvement principles where appropriate (Lean Six Sigma experience beneficial). Procedure Writing and Documentation: • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training material related to the supply chain KPI dashboard and associated processes. Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data meets requirements, and create clear and understandable dashboards. • Assist in providing training and support to the organization on the use of the KPI dashboard and related tools. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement. • Basic Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. • Proficient in SAP for supply chain management. • Experience as a contract specialist, with a strong understanding of contract management principles. • Experience in inventory management a plus. Skills: • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred). • Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM, including navigation of table data (e.g., MARA, MARC, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO), data extraction, and report generation. • Basic experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a requirement. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in procedure writing. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the Energy industry.
