Supply Chain Digital Integration Lead

Pay Rate: up to $99.75/hr on w2 (No C2C or 3rd parties) Location: Onsite in Hayward, CA • Helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Senior Logistics Systems Engineer to lead digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain ecosystem. • In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Accounting, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of business processes, systems, and data. You'll drive scalable business process design, improve supply chain visibility, and enable data-driven decision-making through enterprise systems and digital solutions. • The ideal candidate combines deep supply chain expertise, enterprise systems knowledge, and strong analytical skills to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. As a Senior Logistics Systems Engineer, you'll: • Lead strategic supply chain integration initiatives that improve automation, visibility, traceability, and operational efficiency. • Drive end-to-end EDI implementations, including supplier onboarding, testing, validation, deployment, compliance, and continuous improvement. • Develop implementation strategies, project plans, governance structures, and deployment schedules while coordinating internal teams, external partners, and suppliers. • Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes and translate business requirements into scalable system and integration solutions. • Lead process mapping, solution design workshops, and future-state process development while aligning operational needs with technology capabilities. • Evaluate and optimize business processes using SAP, Ariba, EDI, automation, and analytics solutions. • Serve as the subject matter expert for supply chain systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP Ariba, SAP TM, EDI platforms, supplier portals, transportation and logistics systems, and manufacturing and traceability systems. • Lead cross-functional integration efforts across enterprise platforms while partnering with business systems, data engineering, and operational teams to improve data quality, reporting, and decision-making. • Design data models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to measure supplier performance, inventory health, logistics execution, and overall supply chain performance. • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, lead workshops and executive updates, mentor junior team members, and manage external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or related field. • 8 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations Systems, ERP implementations, Digital Transformation, or Systems Integration roles. • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects involving enterprise systems and business process transformation. • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and supply chain processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. • Experience leading EDI implementations and supplier onboarding initiatives. • Experience designing business processes and translating operational requirements into system solutions. • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, reporting tools, and dashboard development. • Experience with integration platforms, middleware solutions, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
