Supply Chain Capacity Management (1-Year Contract)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Pay Rate: $65 – $75/hour
Contract Duration: 12 months
Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Capacity Analyst to support labor planning, capacity forecasting, and operational performance across a dynamic supply chain network. This role will play a critical part in aligning workforce planning with business demand, driving data-driven decisions, and improving execution performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct weekly labor and capacity planning across sites and network operations
• Develop and maintain hiring plans and variable labor models based on forecasted demand
• Perform labor planning bridging to identify gaps between plan and execution
• Generate weekly performance reports on execution vs. plan and labor accuracy
• Analyze site and network performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and planning teams to ensure alignment
• Utilize data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Strong experience using data and metrics to drive business improvements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA, index/match, vlookup)
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL (queries, subqueries, aggregations, data manipulation)
• Proven ability to own programs end-to-end and communicate results to senior stakeholders
• Experience working with or leveraging AI tools / prompt engineering in workflows
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building and managing advanced analytical models (Excel + SQL)
• Background in analyst roles or data-intensive environments
• Understanding of systems and configuration management
