Supply Chain Reporting Analyst

Opportunity Snapshot: • Compensation: $60-64.00/hour DOE • Location: Houston, TX • Assignment Duration: 12 months+ • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours + • Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement • Basic Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting • Proficient in SAP for supply chain management • Experience as a contract specialist, with a strong understanding of contract management principles • Experience in inventory management a plus • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred) • Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM, including navigation of table data (e.g., MARA, MARC, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO), data extraction, and report generation • Basic experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a requirement • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in procedure writing • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: • Support the design, development, and implementation of the supply chain KPI dashboard using Power BI • Extract, validate, and transform SAP MM data (tables, reports, and transactional data) to support KPI reporting needs • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sources • Identify opportunities to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows • Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and procedures that support ongoing KPI reporting • Apply continuous improvement principles where appropriate (Lean Six Sigma experience beneficial) • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training material related to the supply chain KPI dashboard and associated processes • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data meets requirements, and create clear and understandable dashboards • Assist in providing training and support to the organization on the use of the KPI dashboard and related tools The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
