We are looking for a Supply Chain Reporting Analyst to provide support for all our client’s Reporting, KPI Metrics, Forecasting, Invoicing and Back Order activities within their Forward Operations Distribution Network. Location: Basking Ridge NJ 07920 - Hybrid Position: Supply Chain Reporting Analyst Pay: $28.08/hr. on W2 Duration: 10 months or longer Hybrid: In office days are Tuesday and Thursday / remote Monday, Wednesday and Friday Responsibilities: This role will be to provide support for all our client’s Reporting, KPI Metrics, Forecasting, Invoicing and Back Order activities within their Forward Operations Distribution Network. This position will be a hybrid position (in office Tuesdays and Thursdays) at their Corporate Headquarters in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to: • Generate daily, weekly and monthly Warehouse Operations reports • Support the creation and distribution of KPI Metric Reports and other ad-hoc reporting necessary to ensure 3PL Warehouse locations are meeting contractual requirements • Align back-order plan with pending inbound to determine available inventory • Plan Back Order Drop based on analysis of on hand inventory/expected inventory • Communicate drop plan with 3PL locations • Pull various reports from SAP to generate reporting • Partner with on-site DC managers daily and communicate back-order drop plans, ad-hoc order drops and any other non-BAU changes in forecast • Manage 3PL order traps to ensure SKUs on hold are held as expected • Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when identified Weekly responsibilities include but not limited to: • Forecast development • Ad-hoc reporting to analyze trends in order volumes/KPI metrics • Device Launch readiness and planning MUST HAVE SKILLS • Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years • SAP • MS Office Suite • Google Sheet/Form • Should be attentive to detail, accurate in data reporting. • Enjoying working in fast paced environment DESIRED SKILLS: • 3PL Management Experience • WMS Knowledge • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: • Bachelors in Supply Chain (preferred not required) • SAP Certified(preferred not required) • Must know SAP This particular client may require all new hires show proof of vaccination.
