Supply Planner

We are looking for a Supply Planner for a top fashion company in Port Washington, NY! Responsibilities: • Contributing to the profit and growth of the North America Wholesale division by managing/creating forecast for supply planning • The main functions include creating demand plans at the customer, brand, and SKU level using quantitative and qualitative metrics. • Gather data and perform analysis-based business indicators that leads to sound and effective decision making. • The function ensures consistent service levels to our customers through developing accurate forecasts, tracking their results, and partnering with inventory teams to ensure efficient inventory levels to cover demand. • Liaises with Sales, Product, Customer Service, Corporate Planning, and other cross functional groups to achieve collaboration and consensus to ensure high level of service level to our customers. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain or related fields • 5+ years’ experience in similar roles • Robust quantitative approach to discussions • Strong analytical and mathematical skills to provide statistics and metrics • Ability to turn data into useful insights with proven examples • Excellent PC skills including MS Office & SAP • Advanced Excel Skill set – ability/aptitude to learn/create spreadsheets using advanced formulas (Lookups, IF statements, pivot tables) • Strong PowerPoint skills – proven experience with creating and communicating to presentation deck • Experience working on a legacy/enterprise database system and input and retrieve data from multiple sources and the ability to draw data driven solutions • Database – ability/aptitude to access reports, build and manipulate queries • Experience with a planning software Preferred Qualifications: • Experience of the fashion and accessories industry • Experience in training, developing, and leading • Experience with Order Management cycles • SAP AFS1 experience • Business Intelligence – ability to create and update reports intelligence reports (SAP Business Objects) • DPM Planning knowledge • Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau Experience with Automation software such as Power Automate • Experience with programming through Python, Visual Basic or Dax If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
