Expleo is seeking a Support Engineer to join Trissential, focusing on healthcare technology. This role involves maintaining and enhancing a medical image viewer application critical for patient care, while providing support and collaborating with various teams to ensure system performance.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support, maintenance, and limited development for the medical image viewer application
• Evaluate alternative technical approaches and present recommendations to leadership
• Maintain and support multiple systems and applications across client sites
• Produce and maintain documentation including system requirements and resource inventories
• Collaborate across departments and vendor teams to ensure system performance and uptime
• Act as a liaison between client departments and vendors for system support
• Participate in virtual collaboration with colleagues across client practices
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• Broad technical background including SQL, data warehousing, and dashboard development with Splunk
• Programming experience in Java and Python
• Strong organizational skills and customer focus
• Experience supporting complex systems and applications
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in healthcare technology environments
• Exposure to both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience) OR Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience)
Preferred:
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience with medical imaging systems or similar medical image viewers
• Familiarity with enterprise healthcare systems and workflows
