Senior Vice President (SVP) β Business Analyst
Execution Services Platform

Position Summary
The Execution Services Platform team is responsible for the development and support of more than 150 critical applications across Order Management, Execution, Pricing, Risk & PnL platforms operating in broker-dealer and agency models. The platform delivers technology management and application development supporting Foreign Exchange (FX), Buy Side Trading, Regulatory Reporting, Market Insights, and Fixed Income & Equities businesses.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst, SVP to lead front-office trading technology initiatives and drive strategic delivery across Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), and trading workflow integrations. The ideal candidate will possess deep capital markets expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering complex trading platform implementations.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead business analysis efforts for front-office trading and execution platform initiatives across Equities and/or Fixed Income asset classes.
β’ Gather, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.
β’ Partner with trading desks, operations, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to deliver strategic platform enhancements.
β’ Drive OMS/EMS implementation projects including platform installations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
β’ Support end-to-end trade lifecycle analysis including order creation, execution, allocation, settlement, and regulatory reporting workflows.
β’ Collaborate with development and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
β’ Manage project coordination activities including timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and vendor deliverables.
β’ Provide subject matter expertise in trading workflows, market data, and FIX protocol integrations.
β’ Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to support trade and market data management initiatives.
β’ Lead and mentor a small team of analysts and/or project resources.
β’ Support production issues, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
Technical & Domain Expertise
β’ Strong experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) such as:
β’ Aladdin
β’ Charles River
β’ FlexTrade
β’ Fidessa
β’ TS Imagine
β’ or similar trading platforms
β’ Subject matter expertise in:
β’ Equities and/or Fixed Income asset classes
β’ End-to-end trade lifecycle and execution workflows
β’ Strong understanding of FIX Protocol and electronic trading integrations.
β’ Hands-on experience with:
β’ OMS implementations and migrations
β’ OMS/EMS integrations
β’ Trading platform onboarding and enhancements
β’ Experience with trade and market data management.
β’ Strong SQL and database querying skills.
Project & Leadership Experience
β’ Experience managing and mentoring small teams.
β’ Strong project and vendor management capabilities.
β’ Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies using tools such as JIRA.
β’ Proven ability to manage:
β’ Book of work prioritization
β’ Cross-functional coordination
β’ Stakeholder and client expectations
β’ Prior experience delivering front-office technology projects within buy-side and/or sell-side environments.
Preferred Qualifications

β’ Exposure to Risk & PnL platforms.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education
