Synthetic Data Generation Specialist

Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and optimize advanced simulation and synthetic data generation models using generative AI techniques such as GANs, Diffusion Models, and VAEs
β’ Create and program diverse, realistic virtual environments and scenarios to generate synthetic datasets across multiple use cases
β’ Integrate synthetic data with real-world datasets to train, test, and validate AI perception, planning, and control algorithms
β’ Develop automated pipelines for labeling and annotating synthetic data with high accuracy
β’ Validate synthetic data quality using statistical and analytical methods
β’ Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and domain experts to ensure the technical accuracy and relevance of generated datasets
Mandatory Skills
β’ Bachelorβs / Masterβs / PhD in Computer Science or a related field
β’ 3+ years of hands-on experience in synthetic data generation using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
β’ Strong proficiency in Python and ML/CV libraries (NumPy, OpenCV, scikit-learn, PIL/Pillow)
β’ Solid understanding of Computer Vision, image processing, and 3D graphics rendering pipelines
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data quality both quantitatively and qualitatively
