System Developer

Job Title: Systems Developer – DCF CIS Modernization Location: Remote Type: Contract (Full-time) Project Overview Clinet is seeking MS Access 2016 front-end system for the Children’s Integrated Services (CIS) program. The new system will be developed using modern technologies and hosted on Azure. The Systems Developer will work collaboratively with state IT staff and other vendors in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and/or Next.js Design and manage databases using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL Integrate authentication and authorization using Okta within Azure-hosted applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and produce technical documentation Participate in Agile ceremonies and utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking and deployment Support legacy system transition from MS Access 2016 and VBA Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PII data protection standards Required Qualifications Intermediate to Senior-level experience in system development Proven expertise in: React.js, Node.js, Express.js or Next.js Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL Azure Cloud platforms Okta integrations Agile development using Azure DevOps MS Access 2016 and VBA (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage deliverables on time Certifications & Training HIPAA and PII compliance training (must be current) Additional technical certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
