Company website: https://CEF.inc Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated System Management & Development Specialist who is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems, ensuring they meet the organizations needs. This role involves managing and optimizing existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and working on the development of new systems to enhance operational efficiency and technological capabilities. The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. System Design & Implementation: • Develop and implement IT systems and infrastructure that align with the organization's goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine system requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs. • Oversee the integration of new software and hardware into existing systems. 1. System Management & Maintenance: • Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and functionality. • Perform routine checks and updates on systems, ensuring security patches, software upgrades, and hardware maintenance are regularly conducted. • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, performance issues, or failures in a timely manner. 1. Development & Customization: • Design and develop custom software solutions, scripts, or tools to meet organizational needs. • Customize existing systems and software based on feedback and evolving requirements. • Work with development teams to improve system design, integration, and functionality. 1. Security & Compliance: • Implement and enforce security protocols to protect data and systems from unauthorized access, attacks, or breaches. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including data protection and privacy laws. • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. 1. Documentation & Reporting: • Create and maintain clear and detailed documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. • Provide regular reports to management regarding system performance, project status, and any issues requiring attention. 1. Collaboration & Training: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support, development, and operations, to ensure systems are well-managed. • Provide training to staff on system use, maintenance, and best practices. • Act as a point of contact for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting. 1. Continuous Improvement & Research: • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in system management and development. • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency, security, and scalability. • Evaluate new software, tools, and solutions that can enhance the organization's IT infrastructure. Qualifications: • 1 Required Java (Java, Spring, Mybatis, Hibernate or JPA), Go, Linux Shell Application Development & Management (+6 years) • Required Linux & NT Server Operation (+6 years) • Required AWS Operation (+2 years) • Required Docker, Kubernetes Management (+2 years) • Bilingual Preferred Other Qualifications: • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
