Our client is modernizing its digital experience (real estate auction platform) by implementing Contentful as the enterprise CMS, leveraging an API-first, headless architecture. The initiative involves collaboration between IT, Marketing, UX, and SEO partners to deliver a scalable, SEO-optimized website and CMS platform.
Role Overview:
Looking for a versatile Business Analyst cum System Analyst with a touch of Scrum Master experience to support the successful delivery of this modernization project. The role will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring seamless integration of Contentful CMS, optimized user experience, and alignment with SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for CMS integration (pages, blogs, banners, FAQs, reusable components).
β’ Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and UX teams to define content models, templates, and workflows.
β’ Support API integration and ensure structured content aligns with SEO best practices (metadata, schema, clean URLs).
β’ Work with SEO partner on audits, URL strategies, content consolidation, and redirect planning.
β’ Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
β’ Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain project backlogs.
β’ Monitor risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
β’ Support QA and UAT efforts through test case validation and acceptance criteria.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst on web and CMS projects.
β’ Familiarity with headless CMS (Contentful preferred) and API-first architectures.
β’ Understanding of SEO concepts and structured content.
β’ Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and ability to facilitate team ceremonies.
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
