We are seeking a highly analytical Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst / System-Business Analyst to drive IT cost transparency, financial modeling, and expense optimization across enterprise IT functions. This role plays a key part in aligning IT financial management with business value, supporting areas such as Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Product Management, and IT Operations.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Business teams to improve cost allocation models, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in TBM frameworks, IT finance, and cost transparency initiatives to make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead Technology Business Management (TBM) expense transparency initiatives across IT service towers
β’ Develop, maintain, and optimize IT cost models, allocation methodologies, and financial reporting frameworks
β’ Partner with service owners and finance teams to validate cost drivers and ensure accurate financial inputs
β’ Enhance and manage IT financial reporting dashboards and spend analysis for stakeholders
β’ Continuously improve data mapping, allocation logic, and cost modeling assumptions for accuracy and scalability
β’ Translate complex financial and technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial audiences
β’ Support budgeting, forecasting, procurement analysis, and contract cost evaluations
β’ Ensure consistency and governance in IT financial processes and reporting standards
Required Skills / Education:
β’ Proven experience in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management, or Cost Transparency
β’ Strong understanding of:
β’ Budgeting & forecasting
β’ Cost allocation methodologies
β’ Financial reporting & analysis
β’ Procurement & contract management
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, scenario analysis)
β’ Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, Finance, and Business teams
β’ Ability to convert complex datasets into business-friendly insights and recommendations
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience with TBM tools and cost transparency frameworks
β’ Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
β’ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITFM, CMDB, service taxonomy)
β’ Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft Financials
β’ Exposure to large-scale enterprise IT environments
