Role description
Contract Title: Systems Architect & Integration
Project Overview
We are seeking a Software Architect/Developer to expand our existing design and integration of three core proprietary modules: a Client Relations Manager (CRM), an Automations Engine, and an eDocument Suite. The goal is to create a seamless, unified ecosystem where data flows from the CRM through custom triggers to generate and execute legally binding documents.
Scope of Work & Core Requirements
1. CRM Architecture & Development
Objective: Build a robust CRM similar in logic and scale to KEAP (Infusionsoft).
Requirements:
Full-cycle development of relational databases for contact management.
Architecting lead scoring, tagging systems, and pipeline visualization.
Understanding of user permissions and multi-tenant data security.
1. Automations Builder Engineering
Objective: Develop a logic-based "If-This-Then-That" engine similar to Zapier.
Requirements:
Developing a visual workflow builder (drag-and-drop interface).
Programming webhooks, API listeners, and delayed execution polling.
Ensuring high-concurrency processing to handle thousands of simultaneous "zaps" or triggers.
1. eDocument & Form Engine
Objective: Create a secure document generation and signing module similar to PandaDoc or DocuSign.
Requirements:
Programming dynamic field mapping (merging CRM data into PDF/HTML templates).
Implementing secure digital signature overlays and audit trails.
Experience with cryptographic hashing for document integrity.
System Integration Goals
The contractor must bridge these three modules into a single, automated workflow:
Trigger: A change in the CRM (e.g., a status update).
Action: The Automations Builder catches the trigger and pushes data.
Result: The eDocument module generates a custom form, pre-populates it with client data, and sends it for signature automatically.
Preferred Technical Qualifications
Full-Stack Mastery: Proficiency in scalable backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go) and modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue).
API Expert: Proven track record of building and consuming complex RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Security Mindset: Knowledge of SOC2, GDPR, or HIPAA compliance (highly preferred given the sensitive nature of CRM and eDoc data).
Portfolio: Must provide examples of previously built SaaS-style architectures.
