A client of Insight Global is seeking a mid-level System & Data Analyst to manage and optimize user access and account provisioning for a large, complex organization. This role focuses on maintaining secure, compliant access for both internal and external users, supporting process improvements, and collaborating across teams to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Administer, update, and troubleshoot user accounts and access permissions.
β’ Support the development and testing of access management tools.
β’ Prepare reports and documentation for security audits and compliance.
β’ Track and report on account management activities and metrics.
β’ Deliver training and create documentation for access requirements and procedures.
β’ Process service requests and resolve access-related issues for users and partners.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, effective solutions.
β’ Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements.
Pay Rate Range: $45-$50/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
