SyteLine Consultant

Role Summary We are seeking a contract SyteLine Consultant with strong technical and development expertise. The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, customise, and optimise features within the SyteLine ERP system. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver technical enhancements, integrations, and system improvements that support critical business operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, customise, and enhance SyteLine ERP modules, forms, reports, and workflows. Build and maintain integrations using APIs, IDOs, extensions, and other development tools within SyteLine. Support upgrades, patches, and technical deployments for the on-premise ERP environment. Troubleshoot complex system and code-related issues to ensure high system reliability and performance. Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and finance, to deliver ERP enhancements. Create technical documentation, including design specs, test scripts, and deployment notes. Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal technical resources when needed. Essential Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience developing within SyteLine (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) in a production environment. Proficiency with SyteLine development tools: IDO development, form customization, SQL queries, stored procedures, events, and extensions. Experience building or maintaining APIs, integrations, and custom workflows. Understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP best practices. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a contract environment with minimal supervision. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience developing solutions for aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments. Previous involvement in SyteLine upgrades, migrations, or large-scale enhancement projects. Familiarity with compliance-driven industries or supply-chain-focused ERP workflows.
