Tableau Analyst

Job Title: Tableau Data Analyst Duration: 12 Months (Possible temp to hire) Location: Maple Grove, MN 55369 Hybrid Role Responsibilities: • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. • The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an ability to translate business needs into insightful solutions. • Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively. • Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis. • Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including strategy, marketing, and IT—to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. • Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency. • Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed. • Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources. Education/Experience: • 3 - 5 Years with BA or 1 - 3 Years with MBA • Tableau building experience is a big plus • Medical Industry is a plus • Sales operations and sales support experience
