We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to support a Cardiology Sales Operations team by designing and delivering impactful dashboards and data visualizations that drive data-informed decision making. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Translate business and sales requirements into effective analytical solutions.
• Develop and manage data models, data sources, and Tableau extracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and IT.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and efficient data refresh.
• Perform data analysis, validate data accuracy, and identify trends across datasets.
• Provide dashboard support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance.
Quality & Compliance
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Policies and documented quality processes.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 1–3 years with an MBA.
• Strong Tableau dashboard development experience.
• Experience supporting sales operations or sales analytics.
• Experience in the medical or life sciences industry is a plus.
