Job Description We are seeking a Tableau Developer with Data Science expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tableau development, SQL, and Oracle database management and a proven ability to design data models, apply data science techniques, and deliver actionable dashboards that support business decisions. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into effective visualizations. • Perform data modeling and ETL processes while ensuring data integrity across multiple sources. • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Integrate and tune performance for Oracle databases to support reporting workloads. • Apply data science techniques, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning, to enhance insights. • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau performance and data connectivity issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development and data visualization experience. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle databases. • Solid understanding of data science concepts such as regression, clustering, and forecasting. • Experience with ETL tools and data preparation workflows. • Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence best practices. Preferred Skills: • Python or R for advanced analytics. • Experience with C-suite level enterprise reporting. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Knowledge of performance optimization for large datasets. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
