π About the Role
Weβre looking for a skilled Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a strategic data transformation initiative within our Specialist Mortgages business.
This role is central to the success of the ODIN Data Warehouse project, which aims to deliver a robust, high-performing information layer for analytics and BI reporting. Youβll collaborate with BI Analysts, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to develop intuitive dashboards and migrate reporting assets to a new data platform.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and deliver proof-of-concept Tableau dashboards
β’ Migrate and rationalise BI reports from legacy systems to the ODIN Data Warehouse
β’ Act as a subject matter expert for Tableau development
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and optimise dashboard performance
β’ Champion best practices in dashboard design and reporting standards
π― What Weβre Looking For
β’ Proven experience as a Tableau Developer
β’ Strong SQL skills and understanding of data visualisation principles
β’ Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
β’ Experience in financial services or banking
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
β’ Preferred: Tableau Cloud, Tableau Prep, data warehousing knowledge, and agile development experience
