Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
β’ Optimize Tableau performance for large datasets and ensure dashboards are efficient and user-friendly.
β’ Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.).
β’ Implement best practices for data visualization, UI/UX design, and storytelling with data.
β’ Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting of Tableau workbooks.
β’ Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Tableau development and data visualization techniques.
β’ Stay updated with latest Tableau features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ 3 TO 4 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop (Tableau Prep is a plus).
β’ Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
β’ Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
β’ Experience connecting Tableau to diverse data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, SAP).
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Certified Professional).
